Steve PDF Pattern (Paper Pieced)

Steve is an orange fish with arms and legs.  This foundation paper pieced pattern is to make a 12x14" very grumpy looking Steve block. It does NOT include basic paper piecing instructions.  It does have an assembly diagram and some general information, but it is intended to be for quilters who have done FPP before.
