Beef Shares

Our beef shares, available in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 portions, provide the perfect amount of delicious, high-quality beef for any household. With a variety of cuts and an ideal balance of meat, our shares allow you to enjoy the benefits of locally-sourced, sustainably-raised beef without the hassle of buying in bulk. We have 2 options of 100% Grass Fed Beef or Grain-Finished Beef. Both are delicious & nutritious. Beef shares include 50% ground beef, 20% steaks, 20% roasts, 10% specialty. When you purchase beef from our ranch, we do what is called a mixed quarter or mixed half. That means we equally divide all parts of the animal so that you get cuts of beef from the front & back of the calf.
