Buoy DK is a small batch yarn that started with a custom fiber blend that we fell in love with.  Buoy is a blend of three British breeds, including the rare breed Manx Loaghtan.  We use a blend of 37.5% Blue Faced Leicester wool, 37.5% Shetland wool and 25% Manx Loaghtan wool to bring together the best attributes of each breed into a beautifully lofty yarn that is perfect for sweaters, hats and mittens - anything that needs a little bit of strength, but still lofty and wearable.   Exactly the Person that I want to be is a semisolid deep blue with mallard green undertones.
