Salvinia minima is a species of aquatic, floating fern that grows on the surface of still waterways. The leaves grow in joined sets of three, with two leaves floating on the surface and one leaf dissected, hanging underneath. It is easy to grow in your aquarium tank if you have enough light and good water. Each plant has four to seven leaves and its size equals to one penny coin.
