Telescoping Lids

Many beekeepers use a telescoping lid combined with an inner cover. But that setup provides no space for insulation or winter fondant feeding.  Our telescoping lid provides a 1” internal spacer, which allows for a 1”  insulation panel or fondant patties to sit on the inner cover.   (If you need even more space, checkout our Vivaldi Board™️.) Our lid is made with premium wood and polymetal that is attached with stainless steel screws. The polymetal prevents the typical mold/rot problem of plywood panels. All jointing is stapled and glued, making a robust, high quality product.
