This End-Grain cutting board measures 1-1/2in x 12-1/2in x 19-1/2in. It also contains a juice groove to prevent spilling of the items you are cutting. The wood consists of Birch with a Mahogany wood border. The cutting board was sanded to 800 grit and sealed with food-safe cutting board oil. Treatment: Handwash this product and attempt not to allow water to remain on the cutting board for long periods. Do not dish wash.
