Floral Pleated Tie-at-the-Shoulder Dress

Tie at-the-shoulder dress with a super cute springy (or summer) Pattern!  This is a very silky pleated dress, that is very comfortable and classy for many occasions. There is an armhole with a strap and then you tie the ribbon of fabric over the strap. That way, there are no worries about the whole thing becoming untied.  Nikki's Notes: I could wear this in either a small or medium, although I prefer the small. (I usually wear a medium at 5'5" and 150 lbs)  This dress looks best with heels or sandals. You can also style it with a belt and it looks super cute!
