I work like a house elf in the kitchen, every year, to turn delicious, seasonal fruits into these tasty jams and jellies! BLUEBERRY LIME JAM is our blueberry jam with flair! Bright lime gives this jam a tropical twist, and it's different from anything I've ever had before. This is another delicious flavor to use as a filling in a vanilla cake or cupcakes!Completely handmade in artisanal small batches, I start each jam with simple ingredients, and handcraft every batch. Each glass jar is then carefully filled and waterbath-canned according to US national guidelines to sterilize the glass jar and ensure the jelly remains shelf-stable until it's time to open and enjoy! Our jam is naturally GLUTEN-FREE too! Each jar has a colorful lid-topping label, and an ingredient label on the back.
