Citrus Dandelion Jelly - the sweet taste of honey that the bees love!

Did you know that delicious floral jellies exist? They do, and they're amazing! Delight friends and family with one of our unique jellies! I work like a house elf in the kitchen, every year, to turn delicate, fresh-picked flowers into these delicious jellies! Citrus Dandelion Jelly has a mild, sweet flavor, similar to pure honey, with a lemon twist! Hand-picked, organically grown dandelion petals are steeped into a tea, then a bit of lemon juice and sugar is added to sweeten and round out the flavor.  This jelly is a beautiful yellow citrine color, due to the bright color of the flowers used in each batch. Completely handmade in artisanal small batches, I start each jelly with simple ingredients, and handcraft every batch. Each glass jar is then carefully filled and waterbath-canned according to US national guidelines to sterilize the glass jar and ensure the jelly remains shelf-stable until it's time to open and enjoy!
