Key Lime Pie Jelly - a Southern favorite, in a jar!

I work like a house elf in the kitchen, every year, to turn delicious, seasonal fruits and juices into these tasty jams and jellies! KEY LIME PIE JELLY has that delicious lime pie flavor, in a smooth, scrumptious jelly! Real lime dominates the flavor, but you'll also find notes of graham cracker, cream cheese, butter and vanilla too! This tastes amazing inside cake layers or cupcakes, or over ice cream or cheesecake! Or try some over cream cheese with crackers! Completely handmade in artisanal small batches, I start each jelly with simple ingredients, and handcraft every batch. Each glass jar is then carefully filled and waterbath-canned according to US national guidelines to sterilize the glass jar and ensure the jelly remains shelf-stable until it's time to open and enjoy!
