Organic Lilac Lemonade Jelly - the sweet taste of summer, captured in a jelly!

Did you know that delicious floral jellies exist? They do, and they're amazing! Delight friends and family with one of our unique jellies! I work like a house elf in the kitchen, every year, to turn delicate, fresh-picked flowers into these delicious jellies! Lilac Lemonade Jelly has a sweet floral flavor, paired with delicious lemon! Fresh-picked, organically grown lilac flowers are steeped into a tea, then lemon juice and sugar is added to sweeten and boost the flavor.  This jelly is a beautiful yellow color, due to the color of the flowers and lemon juice used in each batch. Completely handmade in artisanal small batches, I start each jelly with simple ingredients, and handcraft every batch. Each glass jar is then carefully filled and waterbath-canned according to US national guidelines to sterilize the glass jar and ensure the jelly remains shelf-stable until it's time to open and enjoy!
