I work like a house elf in the kitchen, every year, to turn delicious, seasonal fruits into these tasty jams and jellies! SALTED CARAMEL APPLE BUTTER is my new recipe that we are very excited to add to our lineup! This sinful-tasting, silky jam has all the flavors of a great homemade salted caramel sauce, plus the sweet taste of real apples. This is another nostalgic favorite over ice cream.Completely handmade in artisanal small batches, I start each jam with simple ingredients, and handcraft every batch. Each glass jar is then carefully filled and waterbath-canned according to US national guidelines to sterilize the glass jar and ensure the jam remains shelf-stable until it's time to open and enjoy!
