Strawberry Jam - Artisan Small Batch Jams

I work like a house elf in the kitchen, every year, to turn delicious, seasonal fruits into these tasty jams and jellies! STRAWBERRY JAM is a traditional favorite for a reason! Fresh, ripe strawberries give this jam amazing flavor. Slightly chunky, this gorgeous red jam is great for sandwiches, on toast, over ice cream, or inside cakes! (Stir to blend the bits of fruit back in once opened.)Completely handmade in artisanal small batches, I start each jam with simple ingredients, and handcraft every batch. Each glass jar is then carefully filled and waterbath-canned according to US national guidelines to sterilize the glass jar and ensure the jelly remains shelf-stable until it's time to open and enjoy!
