DISCLAIMER: ALL CHESS SETS HAVE BEEN CHECKED AND RE-GLUED IN SOME PLACES. ALL ARE NEW (NEVER USED). THEY SHOULD ALL WORK WELL; WE'RE CONFIDENT YOU OR YOURS WILL LOVE IT! IT'S A GREAT VALUE! HOWEVER, THERE IS A CHANCE THAT YOUR SET HAS MECHANICAL ANOMALIES AND A GOOD CHANCE THAT YOUR CHESS SET WILL HAVE A BLEMISH OR TWO. BLEMISHES MIGHT INCLUDE  GLUE SMUDGES AND/OR MINOR SCRATCHES ON THE PLAYING SURFACE. It was a challenge getting these made. Everything was designed from the bottom up. The chess pieces and mold to make them are our own original design. The "Quawn" is our original innovation and design. The Locking mechanism with magnets and arrows, is all ours. The patented swinging platforms with strategically placed magnets, also all ours. But with all of these new innovations and intricate parts, some lessons were learned and mistakes were made.
