The Minimalist - Brass

A great everyday earring, the combination of an Ethiopian Wollo ring with a vintage, old-world-brass link stud adds both history and meaning to this easy-to-wear earring.  Historic Note: "Wollo rings" are handcrafted in the Wollo region of Northern Ethiopia where they are traditionally gifted as "tokens of love, affection and appreciation." Worn on a string around the neck, the rings are often passed from mothers to daughters as a token of good luck. The brass link was "harvested" from a vintage chain.   Length: Drops about 1 ¼ inch
