Our 4-ply waxed linen thread is imported from Northern Ireland. It is typically used in exposed stitching and for a variety of decorative purposes. It comes on a 100 yard spool. When using 4-ply waxed linen thread, we recommend using the size #1 Needle. Thickness is just slightly less than 1/32" or .040" or .02mm.
