A set of four carved walnut open armchairs in the Neoclassical style, made in the 18th century. Each with a square back framing a lyre-form splat, joined to a square padded seat by down-curved open arms with scroll terminals on out-swept supports over tapered square-section legs headed with carved rosettes. The seats reupholstered in a classic wreath and flower design, in rose and light brown.
