***You PICK your own cuts! This means you choose how many pounds of each item or how many roasts. We will send your cut sheet to you and call you about your beef. We will answer all of your questions! *** Buying in bulk SAVES you 20-25%!!!  Hanging Weight 640-700 pounds (whole cow) Whole Beef Share is $4.15/lb, plus the processing fee is approximately $500. Packaged Meat Breakdown is around: 1/2 ground beef & stew, 1/4 roasts, 1/4 steaks. All cuts are vacuumed sealed, weighed, labeled, and frozen. After you purchase the beef, we will contact you and send a cut sheet to you. We will answer all your questions and help every step. Call or text us at 423-525-2891. We will gladly take care of you.  You can pay the deposit today ($200), then we will invoice you for the remaining balance once your beef is at the processing plant and we know the final hanging weight.
