Decaf Peru

Certified fair trade and organic beans from Peru that are Swiss water processed.  It’s a multi step chemical free process involving creating flavor compounds (green coffee extract), by soaking green beans in clean water until the caffeine is eliminated.  The same beans are then soaked again in a small amount of the green coffee extract water, thus adding back in the flavor.
