Sheepish Lanolin Lip Balm

What it does: Softens and moisturizes lips and protects from chapping and dryness Best for: anyone with a mouth As any nursing mother knows, lanolin is just about the best thing out there for shielding and healing dry, sensitive, raw and chapped areas. An all-natural wax found in sheep’s wool, lanolin waterproofs and protects the sheep from the harsh conditions of the outside world. And it’s just as good for lips as it is for nips (and sheep). Unfortunately, pure lanolin is far too heavy and greasy to use comfortably. When we created our Sheepish lip balm, we added some additional softening and nourishing ingredients to make it go on matte and light without losing the lanolin’s protective powers.
