It offers exceptional weathering properties and strong adhesion to clean surfaces. It can withstand joint movement of ± 10% without compromising its water-tightness and has UV protection for a long service life. Primary Uses This sealant is ideal for outdoor use and adheres well to wood, masonry, glass, concrete, some plastics, and metal surfaces. It is suitable for use in hidden areas, such as under sill cans, thresholds, and around screw heads. It also works well between metal building panels, with wall-mounted air conditioning units, under aluminum siding, and with gutters. The application temperature range is 40° to 120°F (4° to 49°C), and the service temperature range is -20° to 200°F (-29° to 93°C). It requires 24 hours for paint to dry.
