Two continuous cast iron grates on each side of the cooktop allow for easy movement between burners, while the open center design affords extra space when cooking with multiple pots and pans that can otherwise collide on smaller surfaces. The heavy duty brass/aluminum knobs in a steel finish are located at the front of the unit for safe, convenient access.
