By maintaining an optimal temperature for these components, the system plays a crucial role in preventing overheating, ensuring consistent performance, and ultimately extending the lifespan of the devices. The AC Infinity AIRCOM S6 Ccontroller, located conveniently on the front of the cooling system, features a smart thermostat trigger that automatically activates the fans when needed, along with adjustable fan speed control for user customization.  The robust steel enclosure houses two high-performance dual-ball bearing blowers that effectively pull heat away from the component and exhaust it out through the rear. The design of the dual ball bearings allows this fan system to be mounted either horizontally or vertically, offering flexibility in installation options. Its low-profile design is particularly advantageous as it enables the unit to fit comfortably in tight spaces without obstructing other equipment. Additionally, the system includes a corded power adapter, allowing users to easily plug the fan system into a standard outlet for seamless operation. This blend of functionality and compactness makes it an essential accessory for maintaining your AV setup’s optimal performance. Intelligent Programming There are three programming settings available in AC Infinity AIRCOM S6 which include two temperature trigger modes. The fans can also be set to run continuously or be turned off. Four fan speeds are available for each active mode and will determine the speed at which the fans run when they are triggered. This ensures optimal airflow and noise levels for your application. Design and Construction Each system features dual-ball bearing blowers rated at 67,000 hours and are certified by CE and RoHS. Blowers contain a PWM-controlled motor used to minimize noise during speed variations and are suspended in mid-air with silicone mounts to absorb vibrations. A low-profile design allows the unit to fit in applications with a limited height clearance. Aluminum and steel construction of AC Infinity enables additional components up to 10 pounds to be stacked on top.
