The NUDE Alba Whisky Bottle: A Minimalistic Masterpiece Short and heavy-bottomed, the NUDE Alba whisky bottle tapers towards the brim to preserve the spirit’s flavors and aromas. The minimal silhouette is crafted from lead-free crystal and features a hand engraved, deconstructed tartan pattern adorning the base, and a circular stopper which gently tilts in the conical neck of the carafe — an invitation to keep it pointing towards Scotland. The Designer: Joe Doucet After graduating from the prestigious Art Center College of Design in 1999 with a degree in Communication Design, Doucet quickly began exporting his vision beyond graphic design into product, furniture, environment, packaging, technology and many other problems that clients have throw at him over the years.
