Easy Adjustment: Simply insert the clasp of dip attachment onto the upright of rack by aligning according to the height you need & insert the lock pin by setting the holes align. Compatibility: It is specifically compatible with our Gorilla series racks, i.e., Gorilla Power racks & Gorilla Squat Stands. Also, it can be used with other Generic racks whose upright’s pipe size is 75x75mm & it has 16mm hardware compatible holes.
