A L'Olivier Black Truffle Olive Oil - Stone Bottle 8.4oz

Our black truffle-flavored olive oil is made by infusing real pieces of black truffle "Tuber Melanosporum" enhanced by a truffle aroma into our extra virgin olive oil. The combination of these two raw ingredients creates a subtly flavored olive oil. Its fine, delicate flavor remains faithful to the taste of fresh black truffle. How to use: This oil goes well with asparagus risotto, southwestern salad, fresh tagliatelle or pappardelle, mashed potatoes, or scrambled eggs.
