Pre-orders are now open for our coveted 6-pack Certified Organic Chili Pepper Explorer's Box for the Pepper Connoisseur!  This highly curated box is available in limited quantities and always sells out. You'll receive one box of freshly harvested chili peppers grown by us during the 2025 harvest season (ships sometime in August through November). Each box will include 6 half pints of a variety of chili peppers so you can experience the best peppers from around the world. All peppers are grown on our farm using no pesticides, fertilizers, sprays or chemicals of any kind.  Every Explorer's Box includes notes on the history, the rich cultural relevance, Scoville Scale and flavor profile of each pepper as well as recipes ideas, suggested uses, storage instructions and tips for making the most of these special varieties. This mini version of our CSA ships anywhere in the US and makes a great gift.
