Bub and Dave Flexing Double Exposure

First we see the two shirtless young guys flexing in the living room. The one with the big smile seems to be wearing lipstick and sprouts a third arm below his waist. But no, that's Sandy, whose ghostly visage appears between Bub and Dave. We know this because handwritten on the verso: "Bub & Dave (Double Exposure) (Sandy)." 3 1/2” x 3 1/2” gloss print with deckled edge, undated c. 1950s.
