Dapper Man on Fence: Real Photo Postcard

I believe this is an outdoor shot but it could be a very elaborate studio setting. Interesting note on verso: "Dear friend Wilson, Are you all dead out there or why don't you let a fellow know your (sic) living once in a while. I am going to make another attempt on my wheel pretty soon if you don't show up. I am not working write (sic) now but will be soon.  Hope you are all well, good-bye from-- well I don't need to tell you who this is from."
