Paul Dixon strikes a commanding pose before a stunning backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge and Marin Headlands. We think of the 1950s as a time of repression, but you couldn't get away with this today! A typed sticker on the verso notes: "Paul Dixon, 1953, Swimming, Diving, Water Polo, Weightlifting, Sheet Metal Worker, filmed at the Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco."
