It is also capable of driving an air compressor to support more active underwater mining. It has the newer HP200, which is more powerful and easier to prime.This dredge has seen other refinements as well. Most notably, an all-new flare and sluice box. It is a bolt together design, just like the flare/sluice assemblies found on Proline's larger dredges. This new package is stronger and breaks down to take up less space when not in use. As with previous models, this dredge relies on the pontoons as a structural member, eliminating the need for a conventional framework to save weight.
