Our D curl collection begins at size 11mm because we think that using a "C family" curl for the shortest lashes is better for retention, especially at the inner eye. For instance, if you want to create a cat eye D curl from 8 mm to 14mm, you will use CC curl for 8, 9, and 10 and then switch to D curl at 11mm. You would blend them smoothly at the transition point and continue with D curl from 11 to 14.
