Made in 100% cotton velvet which has been dyed especially for us, with pretty frills and trim to the front, they are perfect paired with our blouses or jersey cotton t-shirts. Made with 100% Cotton. Garment care: Wash on gentle cycle at 30 degrees. Wash inside out with like colours. Do not tumble dry.   Sizing Waist measurement is taken when the waist elastic is relaxed, so is the minimum waist measurement.
