Packaging Our bands are sent individually sealed to prevent damage during transit; to avoid damaging the contents of your order, both the mailer and the product packaging itself have tear notches to help them being opened without the use of scissors, blades, or other tools. Please don't dispose of the mailer and/or packaging as it will be required on any claim of a damaged product being received; packaging is also needed to support a claim with USPS. if your band arrives in any way damaged please reach out to us as soon as possible to find a suitable solution for you. Bands that fit tight on the watch are not defective unless they don't lock into place; if you don't hear or feel a click, slide the band left and right, if the band is properly installed it won't slide out without pressing the release button on the watch.
