Fits infants and toddlers around the thigh, and preschoolers at the knee. HEADBAND  Headband is made from a 4" hot pink chiffon/lace layered flower attached to a white and pink heart elastic band. All our headbands are made to your size request and are felt backed for your little love's comfort.
