The class will cover the basic principles of oil in regard to painting florals and still lifes. The focus for this 3-day workshop will be dynamic compositions with arrangements that are elegant and sophisticated, casual and relaxed, all while keeping a bold direction.  It’ll include interesting and memorable discussions on composition, massing, building form, light and shadow, and depending on your own style, knowing when a piece is finished, and learning to not overwork your painting.
