Cantina Sociale Cooperativa Copertino Riserva

This wine is an excellent way to experience quality aged wine at an affordable price! 2015 is the current vintage, so this wine has been chillin’ and mellowing out for the last nine years. This is made from the Negroamaro grape, coming from Puglia (alllllllllmost the very tip of the boot heel in Italy). You can expect loads of dried red fruit, black plums, dried herbs, and leather. This is my favourite wine to pair with burgers!
