The grapes for this Chenin Blanc are grown on 35 year old vines in sandy, clay soil. The wine ferments and ages in stainless steel tanks. It’s pleasantly fruity with a great acid balance, making it super easy-drinking. The palate shows notes of white peach, pear, and gentle citrus.
