                            A dry red blend of equal parts Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon, this comes from a father and daughter duo in Mendoza's Valle de Uco. Half of the grapes are fermented with stems, and the wine is aged in stainless steel on the lees. Fruit forward and savory, this medium-bodied red is dynamic, but works wonders at the table. Pair with classic bife de lomo.
