Indigenous Heritage Month 2025 Art Print:  In November during Indigenous Heritage Month 2025. I was asked to speak as a keynote speaker at Williamette University in Salem, Oregon. I was inspired and came up with this print titled Sisters. This print is all about the love of corn, kinship, how sacred corn is to our native peoples’ and beyond. Corn is beautiful. And incorporating the four directions (cardinal symbol) balances out this art piece in harmony. Growing up I would hear stories about corn in our ceremonies, story tellings from our elders and used for everyday life. Hand-drawn, hand-carved and hand-printed using professional quality materials. Printed with cranfield Ink on Archival Printmaking Paper. Size: 8"x10" Type: Block Print Color: Black *Due to the nature of block printing, there may be variations within each print from image shown
