One Flat Iron Steak per package, weighs 8 oz. to 16 oz. (approx. 0.5 - 1.0 pounds) Flat Irons are well-marbled and very tender, they are cut from the chuck. Flat Irons are great for grilling, frying, broiling, and smoking. Meat is sold per package not by weight, all weights are approximate.All orders are to be picked up at our farm location.Due to food safety concerns shipping is unavailable. All meat is frozen and individually packaged in vacuum-sealed bags.
