Medium-bodied with smooth entry and silky start to finish.   • Practicing Organic • 100% Pinot Noir • Barrel selections from Hellenthal, Elliot, Porter-Bass, and Occidental Road vineyards (Sonoma Coast AVA) • Sandstone, shale, and mudstone soils • Hand-harvested • 100% Native yeast fermentation • Aged 12 months in 25-30% new French oak • Put back into used barrels for an additional 3-6 months   • 12.5% abv
