Varietal: 50% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 20% Syrah, 10% Tibourenc Grown on the slopes of the Esterel mountain, not far from Antibes and Cannes, these wines rank with the very best of Provence. They are also extremely well priced. Enormous care is taken over the vinification, making every cuvée a delight with the local herb-rich provençal cuisine.   Delicate salmon colour. Intense nose bringing notes of small fruits, blueberries, and raspberries. Fruity palate with elegant fresh fruits flavours. Round body, the wine gains a lot of volume on the mid-palate, prolonging into a long, rich aftertaste. Good terroir expression. Pair with cured meet, grilled white meat, Provence flavoured and spicy dishes.
