Georges Noellat Nuits-St-Georges 2021

Sourced from parcels abutting the super famous 1er Crus of Les Saint Georges and Aux Boudots, this wine punches wayyyy above its weight. You generally have to pay well over $150 for complexity like this.There's a wonderful, dense chewiness on the palate, a quality that screams out for duck confit with some nice morels, but aromatically this is so lithe and pretty and lifted that I can imagine an evening spent on the patio or in front of the tv with just me and this bottle.
