Beef Tenderloin:  Cook them whole or cut them into the perfect Fillets. 1 Tenderloin can be cut into 5+ steaks depending on Steak size preference. We recommend cooking them rare to medium-rare. Its perfect for cutting into Fillets. 3-5 nice fillets could be made per tenderloin depending on thickness.  Product is vacuum-sealed and comes frozen upon arrival to ensure premium quality.
