Featuring 2-3" dark green fuzzy pods, the immature soybeans can be harvested as soon as the beans are to your preferred size and have a high rate of 3 bean pods compared to other varieties. Can be grown in almost any climate! Chiba Green Organic Edamame is an immature soybean that has large, crisp pods with exceptionally delicious beans that have a rich, nutty flavor. Each of the dark green fuzzy pods usually averages 3 beans per pod and can be planted relatively thick for a good crop. While you can start in seed trays, these legumes can also be direct-seeded.
