"Giallo" is Italian for yellow, and these peppers mature to a beautifully rich, yellow color. An All-America Selection in 2014, the large fruits are 7-9" long at full maturity. Mama Mia Giallo Pepper produces meaty peppers with thick walls and a juicy, almost citrusy flavor. This is a heavy-yielding variety with each plant producing over 25 large fruits. Plants are compact and average about 2' tall, making this a great variety for containers and raised bed gardens. These peppers are delicious fresh, grilled or roasted. Mama Mia Rosso Pepper is a hybrid, red Italian roasting pepper. "Rosso" is Italian for red, and this marconi-type pepper produces large, 7-9" fruits on compact plants.
