Grow peas all year long with the same familiar sweet flavor as a full-grown pea! With very prominent root systems, pea microgreens are primarily grown in soil. Pea shoots will only take a few more days to grow and you still have the same health benefits. Pisum sativum Spread evenly (they should be pretty thick) and tap very gently to ensure contact with the soil.
