If these parts are purchased for other then Hot Shot Oven & Kiln products they will be non returnable and not covered under warranty. The Normally Closed Thermostat is a temperature controlled breaker that cuts power at 160°F to prevent the oven overheating.  The Normally Open Thermostat is a temperature control switch that closes at 125°F to direct the fans to circulate.
