3M 9209 PG II Thermostat/TCO Kit Overview The 3M PG II Thermostat/TCO Kit includes a thermal cutout assembly, large machine screw, small machine screw and a thermostat sub-assembly.  We recommend if you have 2-5 PG II glue guns in use you have one Thermostat/TCO Kit (9209) on hand, if you are operating 6-15 keep two on hand, and if you 16-20 keep three of this 3M kit in stock.     3M 9209 PG II Thermostat/TCO Kit Repair Instructions Disconnect electrical and compressed air service. Remove the heat shield assembly by removing the two Phillips head screws from either side of the heat shield and the one Phillips head screw on the heat shield immediately above the loading chamber. The thermostat and TCO are assembled as a unit and are replaced as such no matter which component has failed. The Quick-Slide clips should be removed from the thermostat.
